I completely agree. We have tons of labor force in Nepal. What we are missing are entreprneurs, managers, risk takers, people with inovative ideas and most importantly leaders.

The heading is wrong. Bidesh ma chai goru jastai jotiyera paisa kamauney ani desh ma chai basi basi paisa falcha kya. Agriculture ko lagi pani proper planning chaincha. Add hardwork and dedication to that. Desh hosh ya bidesh ekpatak hardwork garna thalyo vaney jaha pani paisa huncha except you can win lottery or inherit your ancestor's properties. Government ko proper policy vayo vaney nepal mai basera nepal ma invest garnu parcha vanney chaina.We can stay abroad and rather bring in foreign money and foreign investment into our country.

Any person starts a business even with 2 emplyees ( Marxist economic thoery applies here), they must enroll for labor union. There will be an union and strike within 6-7 months with demands. Most likely business is forced to close. Emplyees will be haappy to follow party policy , that will be a win win situation, they did not give up, they stand up for their their rights.
