I once had quite similar situation where the DOB on an application for I-485 was incorrect. I called the USCIS Customer Service Number on the form and an agent asked assisted me by simply asking me two questions:
1. Is the DOB incorrect in the interview/bio-metric notification letter? Or
2. Is the DOB incorrect in the application itself - incorrect DOB entered when the application was filed initially?
If it is # 1, it is an easy fix, and the agent can correct it most of the time.
If it is # 2, the agent provides you with a mailing address, and you are instructed to write a letter detailing the incorrect DOB situation and request to fix it. You will have to write and mail the letter - no option of email or call.
My suggestion would be to call the customer service anyways. That way, when you appear for the interview, you will have measure already taken to correct the issue.
