Folks,
I am relocating to Louisville, Kentucky next month and in need of 1BR apartment or duplex (preferrable). Any suggestions on availability, neighborhood, rates would be appreaciated. I am looking for something withing 10 miles distance from James GB Cancer Research Center (Zip 40202). There is not much help I could get from web-based tools. So, any ONGROUND :) experience/suggestion is highly appreciated.

I'm not from Louisville, but I have visited my friends over there. Lyndon and Worthington hills are the area where they live(d). And the neighborhood is not bad. I don't know for 1 BR, but last time I checked for 2BR it was 650 and 3 BR 750.
